Zoning Commission. <br />, This permit may be suspended for any period of time or revoked by the <br />Planning and Zoning Commission upon 10 days notice and hearing, for any one or <br />more of the following reasons: <br />(1) Failure to comply with any laws or ordinances applicable to the <br />business and operation of the Golf Course. <br />(2) Failure to pay any taxes due to the Village of Mayfield in ` <br />connection with the Golf Course. <br />i (3) Operation of the Golf Course in a manner determined by the Planning <br />and Zoning Commission to be detrimental to the health, safety, <br />morals or welfare of the inhabitants of the Village of Mayfield or <br />; in such a ma.nner as to constitute a nuisance, or permitting the <br />, grounds or buildings to become unsafe or unsightly. <br />(4) Abandonment of the use of the premises as a Golf Course for a <br />period of two years or more. <br />Sec. 3.
