RESOLUTION NO. 831 <br />Introduced by: Leech <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PLAN OF RESTORATION <br />OF PERMANENT PARCEL N0. 831-14-2 <br />' WHEREAS, Allan Hull has represented to the Planning & Zoning <br />Commission of the Village of Mayfield and to the Council af the <br />Village of Mayfield that he has reached an agreement with Mrs. Gladys <br />Stevenson to purchase the premises known as 6505 Wilson Mills Road, <br />Mayfield Vilalge, Ohio (Permanent Parcel No. 831-14-2) for the purpose <br />of conducting the business of his law firm, Hull and Hull, from said <br />premises; and <br />WHEREAS, the consummatian of the agreement to purchase is <br />predicated upon the ability of Al1an Hull to obtain the approval, o.f' <br />the Planning & Zoning Commission and Council of a plan to improve, <br />remodel and restore the premises for the use intended; and <br />!n]HEREAS, Al1an Hull has secured the approval of the Planning <br />& Zoning Commission of the Village of 14ayfield for the improvement of <br />the premises, an historical landmark in this community, by the restora- <br />tion and repair of the house, barn, granary and gravel driveway; and <br />WHEREAS, Allan Hull has represented that said parcel will <br />not be used for residential purposes. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE <br />OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO. <br />Sec: l. That the plan for the restoration, remodelling and <br />repair of the structures located on Permanent Parcel No. 831-14-2 and <br />the use of said parcel for officE purposes, approved by the Planning <br />& Zoning Commission on January 8, 1973, is hereby approved by Council, <br />subject to compliance with the Building Code and such other Ordinances <br />and Regulations as are reasonably necessary to protect or promote the <br />health, safety or welfare of the community, and approval of landscaping <br />plans by the Architectural Board of Review. <br />Sec. 2. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emer- <br />gency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public <br />peace, heal.th, safety and welfare of the Village of -iMayfield and its <br />inhabitants, in order that Allan Hull may commence restoration of an <br />historical landmark at the earliest possible date, and this Resolution <br />shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its <br />passage. <br />Passed this 19th day of February, 1973. <br />?/ - <br />bR°PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />?
