This Resolution is hereby deemed to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the irtunediate preservation of the public <br />peace, safety, healtiz and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and <br />its inhabitants, in o-rder that the Village may honor the request of <br />Richard C.
