RESOLUTION NO. 846 <br />Introduced by: Davis <br />A RESOLUTION ESTIMATING AGGRFGATE MAXIMUM <br />AMOUNT OF PUBLIC FUNDS TO BE AWARDED AS <br />INACTIVE DEPOSITS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF NlAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Sec. 1. The existing depository contract has expirEd. <br />Sec. 2. The estimated aggregate maximum amount of public funds <br />subject to the control of this council to be awarded and on deposit as <br />inactive deposits is $60,000o00, and the maximum amount of public monies <br />to be awarded on deposit as active deposits any time during the period <br />of designation is not less than $10,000.00. <br />Sec. 3. Central National Bank of Cleveland has made application <br />for designa on as depository for both active and inactive funds, sub- <br />ject to all the terms and conditions of the Uniform Depository Act of <br />Ohio. <br />Sec. 4.
