RESOLUTION NO. 859 <br />Introduced by : Mr. Prager <br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING THE NECESSITY OF IMPROVING <br />AINTREE PARK DRIVE, HUNT CIRCLE, BEECHERS BROOK ROAD, <br />CHASE D!RIVE, FOXBORO DRI.VE, NORTHBORO DRIVE AND DERBY <br />DRIVE BY THE INS^1ALLATION OF POST-TOP STREET LAMPS <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section l. It is hereby determined to be necessary to <br />improve: <br />l. Aintree Park Drive - South of Derby install 5-7,700 lumen <br /> lamps, 0 cable units. <br />2. Hunt Circle - Northwest of Aintree install 2-7,700 lumen <br /> lamps, 0 cable units. <br />3. Beechers Brook Road - South of Derby install 1-7,700 lumen <br /> lamp, 0 cable unitse <br />4. Beechers Brook Road - Foxboro to north of Chase install <br /> 4-7,700 lumen lamps, 7 cable units. <br />5. Chase Drive - Beechers Brook to Northboro install 4-7,700 <br /> lumen lamps, 0 cable units. <br />6. Foxboro Drive - Beechers Broolc to Northboro install <br /> 5-7,700 lumen lamps, 1 cable unit. <br />7. Northboro Drive - Foxboro to Derby install 6-7,700 lumen <br /> lamps, 4 cable units. <br />8. Derby Drive - Aintree Park to Beechers Brook install <br /> 7-7,700 lumen lamps, o cable units. <br />by the installation of 34 post-top ornamental underground-fed street lamps <br />in accordance with plans and specifications hereinafter described. <br />Section 2. The plans and specifications for the improvement were <br />heretofore prepared by the Cleveland Electric Illuminating Company and <br />the estimate of the cost of said improvement was heretofore prepared by <br />the Village Engineer. The plans, specifications and the estimate of the <br />cost for the improvement are placed on file in the office of the Clerk- <br />Treasurer which hereby are approved by this Council. <br />Section 3. It is hereby determined that a petition requesting said <br />improvement has been regularly presented to this council, and that said <br />petition has been subscribed to by the owners of at least 60% of the <br />front footage abutting upon said improvement. Said petition is hereby <br />accepted by this council.
