BarClay <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE BUDGET OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />MAYFIELD, OHIO, FOR THE FISCAL YEAR BEGINNING <br />JANUARY 1, 1975, AND SUBMITTING THE SAME TO THE <br />COUNTY AUDITOR OF CUYAHOGA COUNTY <br />WHEREAS, a tentative budget for the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, for the <br />fiscal year beginning January l, 1975, showing detailed estimates of all balances <br />that will be available at the beginning of the year 1975 for the purposes of such <br />year, and of all revenues to be received for such fiscal year, including all <br />general and special taxes, fees, costs, percentages, penalties, allowances, and <br />all other types or classes of revenues; also estimates of all expenditures or <br />charges in or for the purpose of such fiscal year to be paid or met from the <br />said revenues or balances; and otherwise conforming with the requirements of <br />law; and <br />WHEREAS, said budget has been.made conveniently available to public inspec- <br />tion for at least ten days by having at least two copies thereof on file at the <br />office of the Clerk-Treasurer; and <br />WHEREAS, the Council has held a public hearing on said budget on July 10, <br />1974, of which public hearing notice was given by publication in the Sun Messenger <br />on June 20, 1974. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the budget of the Village of Mayfield for the fiscal <br />year beginning January 1, 1975, heretofore prepared and submitted to this council, <br />as amended by council, copies of which have been and are on file in the office <br />of the Clerk-Treasurer, be and it is hereby adopted as the official budget of <br />the Village of Mayfield for the fiscal year beginning January l, 1975. <br />Section 2. The Clerk-Treasurer be and he is hereby authorized and <br />directed to certify a copy of said budget and copies of this Resolution and <br />transmit the same to the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio. <br />Section 3. This Resolution is declared to be an emergency measure, <br />f.or the reason that it must be certified tn the Auditor of Cuyahoga County immediately. <br />This resolution shall take effect immediately. <br />Adopted this 15th day of July, 1974. <br />ATTEST: <br />x? <br />E CLERK-TREASURER
