RESOLUTION N0. $64 Introduced by : Mr. BOr'dOPiaro A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A BOARD TO HEAR OBJECTIONS TO ESTIMATED ASSESSMENTS WITH RESPECT TO THE IMPROVE- MENT OF ECHO DRIVE BY THE INSTALLATION OF AN EIGHT- INCH WATER MAIN, HYDRANTS, AND ALL NECESSARY APPURTENANCES THERETO WHEREAS, the Council, on the 20th day of May;. 1974, duly adopted Resolution No. 862 declaring therein the necessity of improving Echo Drive by the installation of an eight-inch water main, hydrants, and all necessary appur- tenances thereto; and WHEREAS, pursuant to said resolution the estimated assessments for said improvement have been prepared and placed on file in the office of the Clerk- Treasurer; and WHEREAS, notice of the passage of said resolution and of the filing of said estimated assessments has been duly served upon all property owners to be assessed in the manner provided by law; and WHEREAS, written objections to said estimated assessment have been filed by one or more such property owners. NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: Section 1. The following, a•' Vince J. Busa b. Ruth Gilles c• Roy Jones three disinterested freeholders of the Village of Mayfield, be, and the same are hereby appointed as an Assessment Equalization Board to herein determine all written objections filed in accordance with law to the estimated assessments heretofor filed with the Clerk Treasurer of this Village pursuant to Resolution No. 862 of this Council. Said Board is hereby authorized and directed to equalize such assessments as it determines proper to conform to the standards prescribed by said Resolution No. 862, and by law. Section 2. Said Assessment Equalization Board shall meet on the 25°th day of Jtiylcp ,1974 at gighg o'.clock p.mo eastern day- light.saving time, for the purpose aforesaid, and upon completion of such hearing and any adjournments thereof, shall report its recommendations ineluding any changes which should be made in the estimated assessment, to this Council.
