Resolution No. 865 <br />Introduced by: Couricil as aldh.ole <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING REPORT OF ASSESSMENT EQUALIZATION <br />BOARD WITH RESPECT TO ESTIMATED ASSESSMENTS FOR THE <br />IMPROVEMENT OF ECHO DRIVE BY THE INSTALLATION OF AN <br />EIGHT-INCH WATER MAIN, HYDRANTS AND ALL NECESSARY <br />APPURTENANCES THERETO. <br />WHEREAS, this Council did, by Resolution #864, passed the 17th day of June, <br />1974, appoint an Assessment Equalization Board to herein determine all objections <br />with respect to the estimated assessments for the improvement of Echo Drive by the <br />installation of an 8" water main, hydrants and all necessary appurtenances thereto; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, said Assessment Equalization Board has met and heard and determined <br />all objections and has submitted its report and recommendation to this Council; <br />now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY. THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLA(xE OF MAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. The report of the Assessment Equalization Board appointed by <br />Resolution No. 864 of this Council, be and the same hereby is accepted and approved. <br />Section 2. The assessments as equalized by said Board and recommended by it <br />in said report are approved and said assessments are directed to be filed in the <br />office of the Clerk-Treasurer. <br />Section 3. This resolution constitutes an emergency measure, necessary for <br />the immediate preservation of the public peace9 property, and safety by reason of <br />the emergency which exists on Echo Drive in that there is an inadequate water <br />supply to provide for the extinguishment of fires and, therefore, this resolution <br />shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage. <br />Passed this 1,th day of Ju1,y , 1974. <br />- PRESIDENT OF COUNCIL <br />ATTEST: <br />?7) <br />( L) CL -TREASURER
