RESOLUTION N0. 867.? <br />Introduced by: Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION URGING COOPERATION <br />WHEREAS, it is in the interest of the children residing in this community <br />that all necessary precautions be taken to avoid exposure to potential injury, and <br />WHEREAS, it is desirable to reaffirm and pursue safety practices instituted <br />during the Halloween season in past years; Now, Therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that this Council does hereby r.ecommend that all p.arents <br />require childrenin their care, custody or control, complete their participation in <br />traditional trick & treating riot later than 7:00 pem., October 31, 1974, and <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that all children having consent of their parents <br />then attend and participate in a party sponsored by the Recreation Commission to <br />be held at Mayfield Center School. <br />Adopted this 21st day of October, 1974. <br />MAOR - PRE?
