.. <br />Resolution No. 901 <br />Introduced by: Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLTUION MEMORIALIZING THE SENATE TRANSPORTATION <br />AND LOCAL GOVERNMENT COMMITTEE TO APPROVE AND ADOPT <br />HOUSE BILL N0. 475 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO: <br />Section 1. That the Senate Transportation and Local Government Committee <br />be and the same is hereby memorialized to adopt House Bill No. 475 so as to pro- <br />vide local government with the statutory authority to participate in hearings con- <br />ducted by the Ohio Department of Liquor Control in decisions pertaining to annual <br />renewal of liquor permits and the transfer of permit locations. <br />Section 2.
