Resolution No. 914 <br />Introduced by: Mayor Beebe <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING THE CLERK OF COUNCIL PURSUANT TO <br />THE CHARTER OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, AND DECLARING AN <br />EMERGEN CY <br />WHEREAS, the Charter of Mayfield Village, Ohio, Article III, Section 6, directs <br />that this Council shall appoint a Clerk of Council. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1. Eloise Maynard be and she is hereby appointed Clerk of Council. <br />Section 2o This Resolution is deemed to be an emergency measure, necessary for <br />the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welfare of Mayfield <br />Village and its inhabitants in order to provide for the appointment of a Clerk who shall <br />give notice of all Council meetings, keep the journal of its proceedings, and do all <br />other things required and incidental to the office and, therefore, shall be in full <br />force and effect from and after the date of its adoption. <br />Adopted: January 5, 1976 <br />Attest: <br />-P . <br />CLERK C1F COUNCiL 611 <br />Approved,:_ <br />MAYOR.-..--f "
