Resolution No. 916 <br />Introduced by: Mr. Flynn <br />A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL A PAVING ASSESSMENT AND <br />SEWER ASSESSMENT ON COUNTY AUDITORS PERMANENT <br />PARCEL N0. 831-34-54 <br />WHEREAS, the Finance Director of Mayfield Village, Ohio has received funds <br />in the amount of $190.06, representing payment of a paving assessment for the tax <br />years 1967 to 1976, on the County Auditors Permanent Parcel No. 831-34-54, owned <br />by Quentin Brolin; 6170 S. Woodlane. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, <br />THAT: <br />Section l. The annual installments for special assessments for paving for <br />the tax years through 1976, being all of the paving assessments on County Auditors <br />Permanent Parcel No. 831-34-54, are hereby cancelled and the Finance Director of <br />Mayfield Village, Ohio is hereby authorized to file a certified copy of this <br />resolution with the County Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Section 2.
