Resolution No.9 20 <br />Introduced by: Mr. Bennett <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE LOWEST.AND BEST BID <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION OF THE SOM CENTER RELIEF SEWER <br />IMPROVEMENT AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, <br />THAT: <br />Section 1. It is hereby determined that the bid of Longo Sewer Construction <br />Company for the installation of the SOM Center Relief Sewer Improvement is the lowest <br />and best bid received after advertising in accordance with the Charter. <br />Section 2.. The Mayor and the Finance Director be and they are hereby <br />authorized and directed to enter into a contract with Longo Sewer Co.nstruction Company <br />for the construction of the SOM Center Relief Sevaer improvement in accordance with <br />specifications upon which the bid was received.. The cost of such improvement shall <br />be payable out of funds appropriated.by council,which.shall not exceed $28,025.00. <br />Section 3.
