<br />Resolution No. 923 <br />Introduced by: Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION DETERMINING THE LOWEST AND BEST <br />BID FOR POLTCE VEHICLES AND DECLARING AN EMERGENCY <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THATs <br />Section l. It is hereby determined that the bid of Beacon's Chrysler- <br />Plymouth, Inc. for the purchase of three Gran Fury Police Pursuit 4-door sedans <br />for a price of $5,054.00 each and one Fury Police 4-door sedan for the sum of <br />$4,720.00 is the lowest and best bid received after advertising, and that the <br />Mayor and Finance Director be and they are hereby authorized and directed to enter <br />into a contract with Beacon's Chrysler=Plymouth, Inc. for such purchase in accordance <br />with the specifications upon which said bid was received. <br />Section 2. This resolution is deemed to be an emergency measure necessary <br />for the immediate preservation of the publie peace, health, safety and welfare in <br />order to provide proper mobility of the police department and shall be in full <br />force and effect from and after the date of its passage. <br />Adopted: Ma.rch 15, 1976. <br />Approved: <br />CLERK OF COUNCIL <br />Approved: 76 <br />?IAYOR
