Resolution No. 939 <br />Intr:oduced by: Council as a Whole <br />A RESOLUTION OF CONDOLENCE <br />WHEREAS, it is with deep regret that this Council has learned of the death of <br />Julius Ma.xim, and <br />WHEREAS, Julius Maxim has served the people of Mayfield Village as a member of <br />the Auxiliary Police Unit, and <br />WHEREAS, his exemplary conduct earned the respect and devotion of his fellow <br />officers, the Mayfield Village Council, and Mayor, and <br />WHEREAS, this Council wishes to express and record its sympathy and its regret <br />at the untimely passing of Julius Maxim; Now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED that this Council honors the memory of Julius Ma.xim and extends <br />its sympathy to his widow. <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Clerk of Council be and she is hereby requested <br />to transmit a copy of this Resolution to Mrs. Maxim and her family. <br />Passed: June 21, 1976 <br />MAYFIELD VILLAGE <br />? <br />By <br />Robert G.
