Resolution No. 9 5 7 <br />Introduced by: Mr. Beebe <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING JOSEPH MITCHELL TO <br />THE PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION <br />WHEREAS, the Charter of Mayfield Village, Ohio, Article V, Section 11(A) states <br />that a vacancy occurring during the term of any member shall be filled for the unexpired <br />term in the manner authorized for an original appointment; and <br />WHEREAS, Sandor F. Bordonaro resigned from the Planning & Zoning Commission <br />creating a vacancy on said Conmission; now, therefore, <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF MAYFIELD VILLAGE, OHIO, THAT: <br />Section 1, Joseph Mitchell be appointed to fill the vacancy on the Planning <br />& Zoning Commmission for the unexpired term previously held by Sandor F.
