RESOLUTION No, 539 <br />By P4r~ Belzer <br />A RESOLUTION WAIVING THE RE~iUIREMENT OF APPROVAL OF THE <br />.ARCHITECTURAL BOARD OF. REVIEt~3_ FOR TIE GRANTING OF A . <br />PERMIT TO MOVE. A CERTAIN HOUSE„TO PREt+1ISES. ON .HIGHLAND ROAD <br />WHEREAS, Application has been made to the Building Inspector for a <br />permit to move a certain residential dwelling house, recently purchased by <br />Walter Tezal from Harry Mills Excavating Co,,, from a point on Highland Road <br />at the East side of the Freeway now in process of construction, to premises <br />on Highland Road known as Auditors Termanent Parcel Noy 83111-•llg and <br />WHEREAS, the Architectural Board of Review has refused to approve <br />the moving. of said house because it is not deemed to be a desirable house, <br />because the blocks are alleged to be cracked and because the aluminum siding <br />will not protect the house from moisture; and <br />WHEREAS, a committee of this Council has examined said house and <br />believes that it is essentially structurally sound and would be a proper and <br />desirable house on its new proposed location, provided that certain items are <br />added, as hereinafter set fortho <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORD,ATNED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF MAYFIELDa <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO,T'tIAT~ . , .. <br />Sec, 1. Council, aging under authority of Ordinance No,, 734 giving it <br />power to waive certain requirements thereofa hereby waives the requirement of <br />approval of the Architectural Board of Review for the moving of the above <br />mentioned building, provided that all other requirements of Ordinance No.. 734 <br />are complied with, and further on condition that a f amily room and a two car <br />garage be added' according to. plans to be submitted to and approved by the <br />Building Inspector and the A,rehitectural Board of Review, <br />Sec® 2, This Ordinance is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, because of the <br />necessity of creating additional housing, and this ordinance shall be in full <br />force and effect from and after the date of its passage, <br />Passed this I8th day of June, 1962, <br />l' i - ~~.~ <br />Attest; ~ Mpyor ~ President of Council <br />_;~ ~~_ <br />(SEAL) - ,~C.lerk~ <br />
