RESOLUTION No® 542 <br />By Mro [aedler <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE <br />FISCAL_OFFICER OF THG VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, OHIO, <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing $58,33 4 00 of special <br />assessment bonds for the purpose of providing a fund for the payment of a <br />note heretofore issued to pay the cost of improving Worton Park Drive, <br />Woodlane Drive, North Woodlane Drive, South Woodlane Drive, and Norman Lane <br />Drive by the construction of water mains and appurtenances, between the. <br />termini and in the manner specified in Resolution Nom 499, adopted June l9, <br />1961 a and <br />WIiEREAS, the sections of the Revised Code of Ohio require the fiscal <br />officer to certify to this Council his estimated life of the progerty, assets <br />or improvements heretofore constructed from the proceeds of said note, and <br />also to certify to the Council the maximum maturities of such bonds calculated <br />in accordance with law; and <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield is the fiscal officer <br />as def fined by law, <br />._ , <br />NOW THEP.EFORE the Clerk of this Village is hereby requested to <br />certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of such <br />improvements and the maximum maturity of said bonds as required by laws <br />This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants for the, reason <br />that said bonds are required to be issued to provide a f and for the cost of <br />improving said streets in the manner hereinabove stated, and this resolution <br />shall take effect upon its passage as an emergency measure <br />Adopted this 13th day of July, 19~62,~ <br />vZ ~ ~ e~~~~'~9 /~ <br />~' Mayor President of Council <br />Attest; <br />e ~ <br />~~" ~ <br />(SEAL) Elerl~ <br />
