RESOLUTION No. 556 <br />By Mr. Wedler <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENE~v7AL OF THE <br />b4AINTENANCE PERMIT OF THE OHIO BELL <br />TELEPHONE CON~ANY,FOR THE YEAR 1963 <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, <br />OHIO, THAT: .-- <br />Sec. 1. The A7ayor or the Clerk is hereby authorized to sign, <br />execute and deliver to the Ohio Bell Telephone Company a document <br />renewing its maintenance permit in the Village of Mayfield for the <br />year 1963. <br />Sec. 2. This Resolution is hereby deemed to be an emergency <br />measure, necessary for the immediate preservation of the public health, <br />peace, safety and welfare of the Village of NTayfield and its inhabitants, <br />because of the necessity of maintaining maximum telephone service in the <br />Village, and this Resolution shall be in full force and effect from and <br />after the date of its adoption. <br />Adopted this 21st day of January, 1963. <br />y <br />Attest: rlayor - President of Council <br />9 ~1° ~ ~ <br />C SE~~ ~ --C-~. <br />
