Islas on <br />A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL THE INSTAZLriENTS OF WATER <br />MAIN ASSESS^ilENTS FOR CERTAIN YEARS ON PARCEL <br />N0. 831-34-56 ON WOODLANE vRTVE <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Clerk of the Village of Mayf field, <br />Ohio, has, received funds in the amount of $832.68, representing the payment <br />of water main assessments for the tax years 1963 to 1971, inclusive, on <br />County Auditor's Permanent Parcel No. 831-34-56, being certain property <br />in the Village of Mayffield, Ohio, on I~letro Park Drive. <br />NOT^I THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THAT:.. - -~ <br />Sec. 1. The annual installments of special assessments for water <br />mains for the tax years 1963 to 1971, inclusive, on property known as <br />County Auditor's Permanent Parcel No, 831-34-56, are hereby canceled <br />and the Clerk of the Village of Mayffield, Ohio, is hereby authorized to <br />file a certified copy _of this Resolution with the County Auditor of <br />Cuyahoga County, directing him to cancel said installments of assessments <br />on said property. This Resolution shall not affect assessments on said <br />property for any part of the tax year 1962 or any year prior thereto. <br />Sec. 2.
