RESOLUTION No,- 567 <br />By Mr. Mason <br />A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL THE INSTALLNI~DITS OF WATER <br />MAIN ASSESSMENTS FOR CERTAIN YEARS ON,PARCEL „ <br />NO. 831-24-3 ON SOM CEPITER ROAD <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Clerk of the Village of Niayf field, <br />Ohio, has received funds in the amount of X158.68, representing the <br />payment of water main assessments for the tax years 1963 and 1964, on <br />County Auditor*s Permanent Parcel No. 831-24-3, being certain property <br />in the Village of ~iayf field, Ohio, on SOM Center Road. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THAT:. <br />Sec. 1. The annual installments of special assessments for water <br />mains for the tax years 1963 and 1964, on property known as County Auditorts <br />Permanent Parcel No, 831-24-3, are hereby canceled and the Clerk of the <br />Village of Mayf field, Ohio, is hereby authorized to file a certif ied copy <br />of this Resolution with the County Auditor of Cuyahoga County, directing <br />him to cancel said installments of assessments on said property.
