<br />BONDS., FOR THE UP,POSE OF PAYING THE, VILLAGErS PORTI01~ OF
<br />THE~COST OF. IMPROVEMENTS TO BE PAID IN PART BY THE.LEVX_
<br />AND COLhECTION OF SPECIAL. ASSESSMENTS CONSISTING_OF_PAVING,
<br />GRADING, DRAINING, CURBING, DITCHING, AND CONSTRUCTING .

<br />GTHEREAS, the Council of the Village of 2~4ayf field, Cuyahoga, Ohio, duly '
<br />adopted a Resolution on the 15th day of July, 1963, providing for the submission
<br />to the electors of the Village of Mayf field, Ohio at November 5, 1963 General
<br />Election the question of the issuance of bonds in the sum of One Hundred Thousand
<br />Dollars ($100,000.00) for. the purpose of paying the Village4s portions of the
<br />cost of improvements.to be paid in part by the levy .and collection of special
<br />assessments consisting of paving, grading, draining, curbing, ditching, and
<br />constructing sidewalks in streets and constructing sanitary sewers, storm sewers
<br />and water mains, and of the levyd~.ng of a tax to provide for the payment thereof;
<br />and
<br />jIHEREAS, the County Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio has certif ied
<br />to this Council that, in accordance with his calculation, the average annual
<br />levy throughout the life of such. bonds (20 years) which will be required to pay
<br />the interest on and retire such bonds, assuming that they are all issued in
<br />one series, and that the amount of the ta.~c list of said Village remains the
<br />same throughout the life of said bonds as the amount of the tax list for the
<br />current year, is .9113 mills for each dollar of valuation, which amounts to
<br />9.113 cents for each one hundred dollars of valuation.
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL, OF THE VILLAGE OF
<br />i~SAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, STATE OF OHIO THAT:
<br />This Council proceed with the issuance of said bonds and that the
<br />Clerk be, and hereby is, directed to certify to the Board of Elections in
<br />Cuyahoga County the Resolution of this Council calling such election herein- '
<br />above referred to, together with the amount of the average tax levy estimated
<br />b3T said County Auditor and the maximum number of years to retire said bonds,
<br />namely 20 years, and to give notice of said election in accordance with Section
<br />133.11 of the Revised Code of Ohio.
