REI~ORT OF ASSESSMENT EQiJALIZATION BOARD <br />October 9, 1963 <br />To the Council of the <br />Village of Mayfield, Ohio. <br />The undersigned, constituting the Assessment Equalization Board <br />appointed, and acting pursuant to your Resolution No, 580, adopted September <br />16, 1963, respeetf ully report that at the time and place fixed by said <br />Resolution they properly took the oath of their office and thereafter heard <br />and determined all objections concerning the estimated assessments for the <br />improvement of Lander Road i.n the Village of Mayf field, Ohio, from the <br />existing sanitary sewer in Wilson Niills Road, Southerly to the Southerly <br />corporation line of the Villages of Hayfield and Highland Heights, by <br />the construction of a sanitary sewer, with curb connections theref or and <br />the necessary appurtenances, in accordance with Resolution No, 566, adopted <br />by Council on July 15, 19G3, declaring the necessity of said improvement. <br />We have found that the estimated assessments heretofore filed in <br />the office of the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield conform to the standards <br />prescribed in said Resolution No. 566, and such assessments as estimated <br />are in proportion to the benef its which will result to the lots and lands <br />to be assessed for said improvement and are limited as to each lot and <br />parcel of land by the special benef its conferred thereon.
