RESOLUTION No. 581 <br />By Mr. Wedler <br />AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE FISCAL OFFICER <br />TO CERTIFY TO COUNCIL, HIS CONCLUSIONS AS-TO THE <br />ESTTNIATED LIFE OF THE IriPROVEMENTS PROPOSED TO BE <br />CONSTRUCTED_FROM THE PROCEEDS OF_BONDS PROPOSED-TO <br />BE EXECUTED AND ALSO TO CERTIFY THE MAXliYiUNI MATURITY <br />GF SUCH BONDS IN ACCORDA.NCE.WITH REVISED CODE SECTION <br />113.21. AND THE -MAXIN1UAi MATURITY OF THE NOTE ISSUED . IN <br />ANTICIPATION OF SUCH BONDS <br />WHEREAS,-this Council contemplates issuing $10,800.00 in bonds, to be <br />issued for, the improvement of Wilson Mills Road in the Village of Mayfield, <br />Ohio, on the North side thereof from the center of State Route No. 1, also <br />known as the Freeway, in an Easterly direction to the Westerly line of SOM <br />Center Road, and on the South side of Wilson riills Road from the Gesterly <br />corporate line of the Village of Ivlayfield in an Easterly direction to the <br />Westerly line of SOM Center Road, by the construction of sidewalks, which <br />construction and improvement shall be in accordance with the general plans <br />and specifications and profiles heretof ore adopted by this Council; and <br />WI-IEREAS, Sections 133.24 and Sections 133.21 of the Revised Code of <br />Ohio require the fiscal officer of the Village of Mayfield to certify to <br />this Council his estimate of the life of the improvements proposed to be <br />constructed from the proceeds of said bonds, and also to certify to this <br />Council the maximum maturity of such bonds in accordance with Section 133.20, <br />including the weighted average of the amounts proposed to be expended for <br />several classes of improvements, and also the maximum maturity of notes issued <br />in anticipation of such bonds. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF I~iAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO: - - <br />Sec. 1. That the fiscal officer be, and he is, hereby requested to <br />certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of the <br />improvements proposed to be constructed from the proceeds of said bends and <br />also to certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such bonds, calculated <br />in accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 and the maximum maturity <br />of the notes issued in anticipation of such bonds. <br />Sec. 2.
