Resolution No. 583 By Mr. Belzer A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE AMOUNTS AND RATES AS DETEIZitiiINED BY THE BUDGET. C~'IISSION AND AUTHORIZING THE NECESS:4RY TAX LEVIES AND CERTIFYING THEM TO ._ THE COUNTY AUDITOR_ _ - Z~TEIEREAS, this Council in accordance with the provisions of law has previously adopted a Tax Budget for the next succeeding fiscal year commencing January 1st, 1964 and WHEREAS, the Budget Commission of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, has certif ied its action thereon to this Council together with an estimate by the County Auditor of the rate of each tax necessary to be levied by this Council, and what part thereof is without, and what part within, the ten mill tax limitation; THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that there be and is hereby levied on the tax duplicate of said Village the_rate of each tax necessary to be levied within and without the ten mill limitation as follows: " SCHEDULE A " "Summary of Amounts Required From General Property Tax Approved by ,Budget Commission, and County Auditor*s Estimated Tax Rates. Be it Further Resolved that this Resolution shall be in force and effect from and after the date of its adoption. Adopted this 21st day of October, 1963.
