RESOLUTION No. 585 By Mr. Belzer AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE FISCAL, OFFICER TO CERTIFY TO COUNCIL HIS CONCLUSIONS AS TO THE ESTIMATED LIFE-OF THE IMPROVEDIENTS PROPOSED TO BE CONSTRUCTED FROM THE PROCEEDS.,OF BONDS PROPOSED TO BE EXECUTED AND ALSO TO CERTIFY THE NIAY.I1rIUri MATURITY OF, SUCH BONDS. IN ACCORDANCE T~7ITH _ REVISED CODE SECTION -113.21 Ai~ID THE ,IIAXII~ILII~I MATURITY OF THE NOTE ,ISSUED IN, ANTICIPATION OF, SUCH BONDS. i~,FHEP.EAS, this Council contemplates issuing $30,250.00 bonds, to be issued for the improvement of LANDER ROAD in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, from the existing sanitary sewer in 4,Filson Mills Road Southerly to the Southerly corporate line of the Villages of riayfield and Highland Heights, Ohio, by the construction of a sanitary sewer with curb connections therefor and the necessary appurtenances, which construction and improvement shall be in accordance with the general plans and specif ications and prof files heretof ore adopted by this Council; and GdiiEREAS, Sections 133,24 and Sections 133.21 of the Revised Code of Ohio require the fiscal officer of the Village of Mayfield to certify to this Council his estimate of the life of the improvements proposed to be constructed from the proceeds of said bonds, and also to certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such bonds in accordance with Section 133.20, including the weighted average of the amounts proposed to be expended for several classes of improvements, and also the maximum maturity of notes issued in anticipation of such bonds. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VI"LLAGE OF MAYFIL'LD, CUYAHOGA COUiVTY OHIO: ~ - Sec. 1. That the fiscal officer be, and he is, hereby requested to certify to this Council his conclusions as,to the estimated life of the improvements proposed to be constructed from the proceeds of said bonds and also to certify to this Council and the maximum maturity of such bonds, calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 and the maximum maturity of the notes issued in anticipation of such bonds. Seca 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, necessary to complete the legislation for the issue of said notes, and shall take effect immediately on its adoption as an emergency measure, and is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety.
