<br />RESOLUTION No. 6U1 <br />By Mr. Sloan <br />A RESOLUTION TO CANCEL THE WATER MAIN ASSESSMENT <br />FOR THE TAX YEARS 1964.TO 1967 ON PERMAN~IT_ <br />PARCEL N0. 831-31-2 ON DANDER ROAD .. <br />PW® ~ <br />V <br />.~ <br />~~~~ <br />.f~ <br />~~, <br />.~ <br />{fps <br />4` 4 <br />i~~ <br />c?~ <br />~-~. <br />WHEREAS, it appears that the Clerk of the Village of Mayf field. <br />has received funds in the amount of $181.84 representing payment of the <br />water main assessment for the tax years 1964 to 1967 on County Auditorts <br />Permanent Parcel No. 831-31-2 oa Lander Road. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA _ COUN~.'Y OHIO , THAT t - .~ . _ . _ _ ~ - _ ~ _. _ _ ~ - _ . _ <br />Sec. 1. The annual installme~ls~i~gecial assessments for water <br />mains for the tax, years 1964 to 1967/on County A,uditor~s Permanent Parcel <br />No. 831-31-2 on Lander Road in the Village of Mayf field, Ohio, are hereby <br />canceled, and the Clerk is hereby authorized to file a certif ied copy <br />of this Resolution with the Auditor of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, directing <br />him to cancel said installments of said assessments on said property for <br />any part of the tax year 1963 or any year prior thereto. <br />Sec. 2.
