NORMAN LANE from Worton Park Drive to Woodlane Drive, AINTREE PARK ROAD ( also known as North Aintree Park Road and South Aintree Park Road) f rom Wilson Mills Road to SCI Center Road, BEECHERtS BROOK ROAD, also known as Brook Road ( proposed) from.Aintsee Park Road ( North portion) to Aintree Park Road ( South portion), ,. MAPLE GROVE ROAD from Wilson Mills Road to Seneca Road, SENECA ROAD from SOM Center Road to Beech Hill Road, GLENVIEW ROAD from SOM Center Road to Beech Hill Road, BONNIEVIEW ROAD from SOid Center Road to Beech Hill Road, BEECH HILL ROAD from Wilson Mills Road to Bonnieview Road, BUTTERNUT DRIVE from Walnut Drive to the Southerly terminus of .Butternut Drive, SANDALWOOD ROAD ( proposed) f or its entire length. Sec. 4. That the said assessments are to be levied on said property for the tax years 1964, 1965 and 1966, payable with the general taxes and collected against each of the parcels of land so assessed, provided, however, that the owner of any property so assessed may at his option pap any of said assessments in cash within 30 days from and after the passage of the assessing ordinance. Sec. 5. The remainder of the entire cost of said improvements shall be paid out of the General Fund of the Village of Mayf field. Sec. 6. That the Clerk of this Village be and he hereby is authorized and directed to prepare and file with the Council the estimated assessments of the cost of the improvement described in this resolution. Such estimated assessments shall be based upon the estimate of cost of said improvement now on file in the off ice of the Clerk of this Council and shall be prepared pursuant to the provisions of this resolution. When such estimated assessments have been so filed, said Clerk shall cause notice of the adoption of this resolution and the filing of said estimated assessments to be given to owners of all lots and lands to be assessed as grovided in Section 727,14 of the Ohio Revised Code.
