RESOLUTION No. 603 <br />By Mr. Shaw <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE <br />FISCAL OFFICER OF THE VILLAGE OF,.MAYFIELD, OHIO. <br /> <br />.~ <br />~~; <br />~~ <br />s~ <br />~t8 <br />t~} <br />~.. <br /> <br />" fx <br />~~ <br />~~~ <br />-~ <br />~~• <br />~~ <br />C~ <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing $48,900.00 of special <br />assessment bonds for the purpose of providing a fund for the payment of a <br />note heretof ore issued to pay the cost of improving SOM Center Road by <br />the construction of a water main, with curb connections and appurtenances, <br />between the termini and in the manner specified in Resolution No, 559, <br />adopted April 15, 1963; and <br />WHEREAS, the sections of the revised Code of Ohio require the <br />fiscal officer tq certify to this Council his estimated life of the <br />property,assets or improvements heretof ore constructed from the proceeds <br />of said note, and also to certify to the Council the maximum maturities of <br />such bonds calculated in accordance with law; and <br />[,1HEREAS, the Clerk of the Village of Niayf field is the fiscal officer <br />as def fined by law. <br />NOW THEREFORE the Clerk of this Village is hereby requested to <br />certify to this. Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of such <br />improvements and the maximum maturity of said bonds as required by law. <br />This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants for the <br />reason that said bonds are required to be issued to provide a fund for the <br />cost of improving said streets in the manner hereinabove stated, and this <br />resolution shall take effect upon its passage as an emergency measure. <br />Adopted this 13th day of July, 1964. <br />Attest ; .she i~~"~/1/Lf%~ ~~ <br />Mayor - President of Council <br />.!< <br />( SEAL) Clerk <br />
