Shaw <br /> <br />~. <br />~~ <br />i~ <br />~~~~$ <br />C~~ <br />~r~ <br />f~ <br />~_ <br />~3~ <br />A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE <br />FISCAL OrFICER OF THE VILLAGE OF.MAYFIELD, OHIO <br />WfiEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing $ 9,700 of special <br />assessment bonds for the purpose of providing a f and for the payment of a <br />note heretofore issued to pay the cost of improving Wilson Mills Road by <br />the construction of a sidewalk between the termini and in the manner <br />specif ied in Resolution No. 562, adopted May 20, 1963; and <br />WHEREAS, the sections of the Revised Code of Ohio require the <br />fiscal off icer to certify to this Council his estimated life of the property, <br />assets or improvements heretof ore constructed from the proceeds of said note, <br />and also to certify to the Council the maximum maturities of such bonds <br />calculated in accordance with law; and <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield is the fiscal off icer <br />as defined by law. <br />NOW THEREFORE the Clerk of this Village is hereby requested to <br />certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of such <br />improvements and the maximum maturity of said bonds as required by law. <br />This resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, saf ety <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants for the reason <br />that said bonds are required to be issued to provide a f and for the cost of <br />improving said streets in the manner hereinabove stated, and this resolution <br />shall take effect upon its passage as an emergency measure. <br />Adopted this 13th day of July, 1964. <br />~h <br />m <br />c~ <br />F~~~ <br />~~ <br />.• <br />~~-,~ <br />~p,p <br />ssa. <br />7~ <br />p~ <br />A 3-5 <br />C <br />~,y <br />Attest; <br />( L) leJC1:c <br />Mayor - President of Council <br />
