<br />A RESOLUTION DECLARING IT NECESSARY TO 71~11'ROVE RIDGEBURY
<br />BOULEVARD . IN THE. VILLAGE OF NiAYFIELD, OlIIO, BY GR,ADIIvTG,
<br />DRAINING, CURBING,_PAVING,_AND CONSTRUCTING CURB CQNNECTIONS
<br />WHERE .NECESSARY, _TOGET~LR G~ITH. ALL' NEGESSARY ,APPURTENANCES,
<br />;AND DECLARING ,Pii~T EMERGENCY .. _ _
<br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Cuyahoga County has approved
<br />the surveys, plans, profiles, crossrsections, estimates, and specifications for
<br />the improvement described Below and has caused copies thereof, together with
<br />the portion of the cost of the improvement to be paid by the Village of Mayf field
<br />to be sulxuitted to this Council, which has examined such copies and portion of
<br />cost.
<br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF rIAYFIELD,
<br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THREE-FOURTHS OF ALL MEMBERS ELECTED THERETO CONCURRING,
<br />THAT:
<br />Sec. 1. It is necessary to improve Ridgebury Boulevard in the Village
<br />of Mayfield, Ohio, from the center line of Lander Road, which is the Westerly
<br />corporate line of the Village of Mayfield, in an Easterly direction approximately
<br />2825.35 feet to the Easterly corporate line of the Village of Mayfield by
<br />grading, draining, curbing, paving, and constructing curb connections where
<br />necessary, together with all necessary appurtenances, as shown by the plans
<br />hereinaf ter ref erred to, prepared and filed with this Council by the County
<br />Engineer of Cuyahoga County, Ohio, and approved by the Village Engineer,
<br />said improvement being made in cooperation with the Municipalities of
<br />Lyndhurst, riayfield Heights and Highland Heights and the County of Cuyahoga,
<br />in accordance with Ordinance No..848 passed May 18, 1964. ,
<br />Sec. 2. It is hereby determined and declared that the said improvement
<br />is conducive to the public health, convenience and welf are of said Village
<br />and the inhabitants thereof.
<br />Sec. 3. The grade of said street and improvement shall be as shown
<br />by the ply ans and prof Iles c.~hich have been prepared by the County Engineer and
<br />which are made a part hereof„
<br />Sec. 4, The plans, specif ications, estimates and profiles of the proposed
<br />improvement, heretofore prepared by the County Engineer, and the estimate of
<br />cost prepared by the Village Engineer setting forth the Villages portion and
<br />the property ownersg portion of the cost, all of which are now on file in
<br />the office of the Clerk of this Council, are hereby approved.
