The Clerk be and she is hereby authorized and directed to <br />transmit a copy of this Resolution to President Ronald Reagan, Senators John <br />Glenn and Howard Metzenbaum and Congressman Edward F. Feighan and to the local <br />news media. <br />S$CTION 4.
