RESOLUTION No. 62.2 <br />By Mr. Mason <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING .AN ASSESSPiENT Ef~UALIZATION <br />BOARD TO HEAR OBJECTIONS RELATIVE TO THE IPIPROVr~_ LENT <br />OF RI"DGEBUP~Y BOUi,EVl~I?.D BY THL'. CONSTRUCTION OF A <br />WATER .T~iAIN 1~ND APPURTENANCES. <br />BE IT P.ESOLVLD BY THE COURTCIL OF THE VII,Z,AGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOG[-~ COUNTY <br />STATE OF OHIO, THAT.: _ . <br />Sec. 1. James P. I,aw, l:ichard Damerell and Donald ~`~inkle, three <br />disinterested freeholders of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, are hereby <br />appointed to act as an ,Assessment: Equalization Board to hear and determine <br />all timely written objections to the estimated assessments heretofore <br />reported to this Council of the cost of improving Ridgebury Boulevard, <br />from T~Fashington Boulevard Easterly to Orchard Heights Drive in the City <br />of T~Iayfield Heights, by the construction of a water main with curb <br />connections and appurtenances, and to equalize the same as to them seems <br />proper, in accordance with law and with Resolution No. 615 adopted by <br />the Council on Se ptet~ber'_21,1964. <br />Sec. 2, The Board shall first meet for the above purpose at the, <br />Mayfield Village Ha11, 6621 '"Filson Mills Road, on the 30th day of <br />_ November 1964, at 7130 o'clock 1'. M., Eastern Standard Time, and <br />upon completion of such equalization shall report such equalized assessment <br />to Council. <br />Sec. 3. This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary f or the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welf are of said Village and its inhabitants, and for the further reason <br />that the immediate construction of said improvement is necessary to assume <br />fire protection and protect the health of the abutting owners and inhabitants <br />of the Village by securing an adequate water supply as soon as possible, <br />and this P~esolution shall be in full force and effect from and immediately <br />upon its adoption. <br />,A,dopted this 16th day of November, 1964. <br />,A.ttest: __„~'~__~~ii'/"~~i.2~ ~~/C~1/Ci~~~''~~' <br />Mayor - President of Council <br />(8 ~ <br />
