RESOLUTION No. 625 <br />By M r. Sloan <br />RESOi~UTION RE~IUESTING THE CERTIFICATION OF THE <br />FISC,AZ.~ OFFICER OF THE VI~7~,A,GE OF _~IAYFI~;LD, OHIO <br />WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing $27,000.00 of special . <br />assessment bonds for the purpose of providing a fund for the payment of a <br />note heretof ore issued to pay the cost of improving hander Road by the <br />construction of a sanitary sewer with curb connections and appurtenances, <br />between the termini and in the manner speeif ied in Resolution No. 566 <br />adopted July 15, 1963; and . <br />T~i~REAS, the sections of the revised code of Ohio require the <br />fiscal officer to certify to this Council his estimated life of the property, <br />assets or improvements heretof ore constructed from the proceeds of said <br />note, and also to certify to the Council the maximum maturities of such <br />bonds calculated in accordance with law; and ' <br />- ~ GwfiEREAS, the Clerk of the Village of Mayfield is the fiscal officer <br />as defined by law. <br />Now Theref ore the Clerk of this Village is hereby requested to <br />certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of such <br />improvements and the maximum maturity of said bonds as required by lava. <br />This Resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, <br />safety and wolf are of the Village of Nayf field and its inhabitants for <br />the reason that said bonds are required to be issued to provide a f and <br />for the cost of improving said street in the manner hereinabove stated, <br />and this resolution shall take effect upon its passage.as an emergency <br />measure. <br />,(adopted this 21st day of December, 1964. <br />~~ r~~ ~~~~ ~~~ <br />~i~~ r <br />attest: Mayor -President of Council <br />J <br />0 <br />(S ) ertc <br />
