CONCERNING THE <br />ESTII~lATED. ASSESSM~,~ITS FOR THE IMl'~OVEMENT OF. RIDGEBURY <br />BOULEVARD IN THE VIZ.LAGE OF. HAYFIELD BY THE...CONSTRUCTION <br />_.. _ <br />OF A WATER_riAIN WITH. CURB CONNEGTIONS.AND.A~PURTENANC~S <br />ti+tHEREAS, the ,Assessment Equalization Board heretofore appointed <br />by Resolution No. 622 adopted November 16, 1964, to hear and determine <br />all objections concerning the estimated assessments for the improvement <br />of Ridgebury Boulevard in the Village of tlay.f field, from Washington <br />Boulevard Easterly to Orchard Heights Drive in the City of Mayfield <br />Heights, by the construction of a water main with curb connections and <br />appurtenances, in accordance with Resolution No. 615, adopted by this <br />Council on September 21, 1964, has filed its report with this Council as <br />to its determination of such objections; and <br />T,IZIEREAS, Council deems such report proper in all respects. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF <br />rtAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY_OHIO,THAT:. ._. <br />Sec. 1. The report of the Assessment Equalization Board herein- <br />bef ore recited be, and the same is, hereby approved and the assessments <br />as approved by said Board and reported by it be and they are hereby <br />directed to be file d_ in the office of the C1erI: of this Council. <br />Sac. 2.
