RESOLUTION No. 627 <br />By Nir. Mason <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BUILDING INSPECTOR TO <br />ISSUE PERP~IITS TO-BUILD DWELLING.HOUSES-ON THPEE <br />SUBLOTS ON. SAND~iLW0OD_DRIVE ON CERTAIN CONDITIONS <br />WHEREAS, a temporary road has been constructed on Sandalwood Drive <br />which Council deems adequate to carry the traffic during the period of. <br />building houses on three sublots hereinafter described and all of 'the <br />underground improvements have been installed. <br />NOL~7 THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF 1~IAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY OHIO, THAT: - <br />Sec, 1. Notwithstanding the fact that a temporary Road now <br />installed on Sandalwood Drive does not conf orm with the requirements of <br />the ordinances of the Village of Mayfield as to permanent roads, the <br />Building Inspector of the Village of Mayfield is hereby authorized to issue <br />permits to Williamsburg Homes, Inc. to build single dwelling houses on <br />sublots Nos. 1, 2, and 20 on Sandalwood Drive, on the following conditions <br />to-wit: <br />1. That no certificate of occupancy will be granted for any sucli <br />house and no one will be permitted to occupy the same until a <br />permanent concrete road has been installed which meets the <br />requirements of the ordinances of the Village of Mayfield. <br />2. That the permit holder will at all times promptly clear said <br />Sandalwood Drive and all dedicated or undedicated streets and <br />highways in-the Village of Mayfield of all mud and debris <br />deposited, placed, or dropped thereon by reason of or growing <br />out of the operations involved in the construction of said <br />houses, whether caused by the acts of the permit holder or <br />its agents, servants, contractors, persons delivering materials <br />to the premises, invitees or licensees. <br />3. That bef ore such a permit is issued said Williamsburg Homes, Inc. <br />will write a letter to the Village of Mayfield, to be approved <br />by its Solicitor, stating its agreement to comply with the <br />above described conditions. <br />Sec. 2. This resolution is deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welf are because of the importance of starting the construction ~f houses <br />
