KRIVANEK, husband and ' <br />wife, who reside at 578 Timberline Trail, Village of <br />Mayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, hereinafter <br />referred to as the "Grantors", for and in consideration of <br />the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br />grants to the Village of Mayfield, an Ohio Municipal <br />Corporation, located at 6621 Wilson Mills Road, in the <br />Village of P9ayfield, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, <br />hereinafter referred to as "Grantee", the right to maintain, <br />operate, repair, rebuild, replace, relocate and remove a <br />storm sewer over, under, upon and across the most northerly <br />ten foot strip of land of the Grantors' premises described as <br />follows: <br />Situated in the Village of Mayfield, County of <br />Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being <br />Sublot No. 38 Aintree North Subdivision No. 1 <br />of part of Original Mayfield Township Lots <br />Nos. 35 and 36, Tract No. 1, as shown by the <br />recorded plat in Volume 216 of Maps, Page 85 <br />of Cuyahoqa County Records, as appears by said <br />plat, be the same more or less, but subject to <br />all legal highways. <br />Grantors further grant unto Grantee the free right of <br />ingress and egress over and across such property insofar as <br />such riglit of ingress and egress is necessary for the proper <br />use of any right granted herein provided that the subject
