RESOLUTION No. 636 <br />By Mr. Shata <br />A P.ESOLUTION REQUESTING THE COUNTY AUDITOR TO <br />,(ADVANCE THE SUAI OF $10,000.00 TO THE VILLAGE <br />OF I~iAYFIELD OUT OF CURRENT TAX COLLECTIONS <br />WHEREAS, the balance in the General Fund of the Village of Mayfield has <br />declined to the point where it will he impossible to meet the Village payroll <br />and ~to pay its bills for the month of march, 1965; and <br />WIiEREAS, sufficient funds have been collected by the County of Cuyahoga <br />from the taxpayers of the Village of Mayfield to cover much more than is <br />required to meet the i~iarch payroll and pay the tlarch expenses; and <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk and the Village of Mayfield estimates that the sum <br />of at least $10,000, C0 is needed from current tax collections to pay current <br />expenses. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIZ OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY OHIO, TITAT: <br />Sec. 1. The County Auditor of Cuyahoga Caiirity is hereby requested to <br />advance to the Village of Piayf field out of current tax collections the sum of <br />at least $10,000.00 to be used for general fund purposes. <br />Sec. 2. The Clerlc is hereby authorized to file a certified copy of <br />this Resolution with the County Auditor of Cuyahoga County, <br />Sec. 3. This Resolution is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure, <br />necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety <br />and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants in order that the <br />Village may pay its obligations and lceep its credit good, and this Resolution <br />shall be in force and effect immediately upon the date of its adoption. <br />Adopted this 15th day of February, 1965. , <br />r l <br />Attest : •-'~~~'~~~~!~~_L~~ L G ~~~ ~~„ <br />Mayor - President of Council <br />~~ <br /> <br />
