It is necessary to improve certain streets in the Village <br />of Mayfield, Ohio, to-wit: Gorton Park Drive, from Hemingway Road to South <br />Woodlane Drive, North Woodlane Drive from Worton Park Drive to Woodlane <br />Drive, Norman Lane from Worton 1'arlc Drive to Woodlane Drive, South Goodlane <br />Drive from Woodlane Drive to its Easterly terminus, and TnTOOdlane Drive from <br />North Woodlane Driveeto South Woodlane Drive, by grading, draining and <br />paving with asphaltic materials, together with all necessary appurtenances, <br />as shooJn by the plans hereinafter ref erred to, prepared and filed with this <br />Council by the Village Engineer. <br />Sec. 2. It is hereby determined and declared that the said improvement <br />is conducive to_the public health, convenience and welf are of said Village <br />and the inhabitants thereof. <br />Sec. 3. The grade of said streets and improvements shall be as shown <br />by the plans and profiles which have been prepared by the Village Engineer <br />and are made a part hereof. <br />Sec. 4. The plans, spec if ications, profiles and estimates of cost <br />of the proposed, improvement, as prepared by the Village Engineer, setting <br />forth the Village°s portion and the property owners portion, all of which <br />are now on file in the office of the Clerk of this Council, are hereby <br />approved. <br />Sec. 5. The whole cost of said improvement as estimated by the Village <br />Engineer, less 2% and the cost of intersections, shall be assessed in <br />proportion to the benefits which may result from the improvement upon the <br />following described lots and lands, to-wit; <br />,x,11 lots and lands bounding and abutting upon the <br />proposed improvement between the termini aforesaid, <br />
