RESOLUTION No. 646 <br />By Mr. Shaw <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REPORT OF THE ASSESSMENT <br />EQUALIZATION BOARD ON OBJECTIONS. CONCERNING THE <br />ESTINIATE~7 , ASSESSP~IENTS FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF WORTON <br />PAZtK DRIVE, NORTH WOODLANE.DRIVE,'NORMAN.LANE, SOUTH <br />WOODLAND DRIVE ,AND WOODLANE .DRIVE, BY GRADING, DRAINING <br />,AND,PAVING WITH ASPHALTIC MATERIALS, TOGETHER. WITH„AIL <br />NECESSARY APPURTENANCES. __ <br />[JElEREAS, the Assessment Equalization Board heretofore appointed <br />by Resolution No, 643 adopted I~iay 17, 1965, to hear and determine all <br />objections concerning the estimated assessments for the improvement of <br />Worton Park Drive, North Woodlane Drive, Norman Lane, South. Woodlane <br />Drive and Woodlane Drive, by grading, draining and paving with asphaltic <br />materials, together .with all necessary appurtenances, in accordance with <br />Resolution No. 639, adopted by this Council on March 15th, 1965, has <br />filed its report with this Council as to its determination of such <br />objections; and <br />WHEREAS, Council deems such report proper in all respects. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TtIE VILLAGE OF <br />NIAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, .OHIO, .. THAT; _ _ _ _ <br />Sec. 1. The report of the Assessment Equalization Board herein- <br />bef ore recited be, and the same is, hereby approved and the_assessments <br />as approved by said Board and reported by it be and they are hereby <br />directed to be filed in the off ice of the Clerk of this Council. <br />Sec. 2.
