RESOLUTION No. 650 <br />By N1r, Shaw <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE BUILDING INSPECTOR TO ISSUE <br />PERNIITS TO BUILD.IIOUSES ON, TWO SUBLOTS.IN THE AINTREE <br />PARIC.SIJBDIVISION ON CERTAIN_CONDITIONS . <br />WHEREAS, there is in existence a slag road going to S~O~N1. Center <br />Road opposite Glenview Road in the proposed Aintree Park Subdivision which, <br />while on private property owned by the developers of said subdivision, is <br />nevertheless used by owners of other property in the vicinity; and <br />WIiEREAS, said slag road is adequate to carry traff is during the <br />period of .building houses on the two sublots hereinafter described; and <br />WEIF,RE[~S, the owner of said subdivision has agreed to~ keep said slag <br />road in good condition during the construction of said houses. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TIME VILLAGE OF NIAYFIELD, <br />CUYAHOG,f~. COUNTY, OHIO, ".CHA,Ts _ <br />Sec. 1. Notwithstanding the fact that the improvements have not been <br />installed in the Aintree Parlc Subdivision, the Building Inspector of the <br />Village of Mayf field is authorized to issue permits to the owners thereof to <br />build single dwelling houses on Sublots Nos-. 11 and 12 in the Aintree Park <br />Subdivision, on the following conditions,.to-wit: . <br />1. That said sublots will not be sold and no certif icate of occupancy <br />will be granted for any such house and no one will be permitted <br />to occupy the same until the owner of said sublots has complied <br />with the requirements of the ordinances of the Village of Hayfield <br />pertaining to improvements in new subdivisions. <br />2. That the permit holder will at all times during the construction <br />of said houses keep the above mentioned slag road in passable <br />condition and will keep all dedicated and undedicated streets <br />and highways in the Village of Mayfield free from all mud and <br />debris deposited, placed or dropped thereon by reason of or growing <br />out of the operations involved in the construction of said houses, <br />whether caused by the acts of the permit holder or its agents, <br />servants, contractors, persons delivering materials to the premises, <br />invitees or licensees. <br />Sec. 2. This resolution is deemed to be an emergency measure, necessary <br />for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welf are <br />of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants because of the importance of <br />
