shall first be offered to the Treasurer of the Village of Mayfield, the officer <br />in charge of the Bond Retirement Fund, for not less than par and accrued <br />interest. The proceeds from said .note shall be paid into the General Fund <br />and be used.for operating expenses and for no other purpose, If the Treasurer <br />in charge of said Fund does not purchase said note, it shall be sold at private <br />sale for not less than par and accrued interest. Said note shall be the full <br />general obligation of the Village of Mayf field, and the full faith, credit, and <br />revenues of said Village are hereby pledged for the prompt payment of same. <br />Sec, 3. The Clerlc is hereby directed to forward a certif ied copy of <br />this Resolution to the County Auditor. <br />Sec. _4.
