Council hereby approves and accepts the easement for construction, re-construction, operation, maintenance and repair of sewers and drainage swales through, in, and under the following described premises, given by Elaren, Inc.: Sanitary Sewer Situated in the Village of Mayf field, County of Cuyahoga and State of Ohio, and known as being part of Original Mayffield Township Zot Number 26, Tract 1 and being a strip of land 20 feet wide, the easterly line of which is described as follows: Beginning in the center line of S.O.M. Center Road at the northwesterly corner_of the Nletro-Park Subdivision as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 145 of Maps, Page 24_$f Cuyahoga County Records; _ Thence South 89 11~ 46" East 232.32 feet along the northerly line of the said Metro-Park Subdivision to a point for the principal place of beginning; . then North l0 32p 00" West 198.95 feet parallel with the said center line of 5.0. M. Center Roacl to a point in the southerly line of Hielcory Hill Drive, proposed. Storm Sewer Situated in the Village of Niayf field, County of Cuyahoga and S-tate of Ohio and known as being part of Original Mayf field Township Z,ot Number 26, Tract 1 and being a strip of land 10 feet wide the center line of which is described as follows: Beginning in the center line of S®O.M. Center Road at the north- westerly corner of the Nletro-Park Subdivision as shown by the recorded plat in Volume 145 of Maps, Page 24 of Cuyahoga County Records; thence South 89° llt 46" East 541.69 feet along the northerly line of the said Metro-Parlc Subdivision to a point for the principal place of beginning; thence North 0° 48' 14" East 168.95 feet to a point in the southerly line of Ilickory Hill Drive, proposed.
