Sloan <br />,A, RESOLUTION TO CANCEL THE INSTALLMENTS OF <br />PAVING_ASSES3i~IENTS FOR CERTAIN.YEARS ON <br />PARCEL No. 831-38-107 ON BONIVIEVIErnI ROAD <br />Ti7HEREAS, it appears that the Clerl: of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, <br />has received funds in the amount of $148.00, representing the payment of <br />paving assessments for the tax years,1966 to 1969, inclusive, on County <br />,9,uditor's Permanent.Parcel No, 831-38-107, being certain property in the <br />Village of Mayf field, Ohio, on Bonnieview Road. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILZ,AGE OF MA,YFIELD, <br />CUYAHOGA COUNTY _ OHIO, THAT: , - . - -- -. _ - . -...- -. _ <br />Sec.~l..~ The annual installments of special assessments for paving <br />for the tax years 1966 to 1969, inclusive on property known as County Auditors <br />Permanent Parcel No. 831-38-107, are hereby canceled and the Clerk of the <br />Village of Mayf field, Ohio, is hereby authorized to file a certif ied copy of <br />this Resolution with the County Auditor of Cuyahoga County, directing him to <br />cancel said installments of assessments on said property. This Resolution <br />shall not affect assessments on said property for any part of the_ tax year <br />1965 or any year prior thereto. <br />Sec. 2.
