RESOLUTION No. 667 By Mr. Mason A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PLAN FOR AINTREE PARK SUBDIVISION No, 1 FOR RECORD _ WHEREAS, Council ,adopted Resolution No. 633 on February 15, 1965, approving the final plan o8 the proposed Aintree Park Subdivision No. 1, approved by the Village Engineer and by the Planning & Zoning Commission on February 8, 1965, but directed that said final plan be not recorded or signed by the Clerk-Treasurer until compliance by the owner of the property with Section 6 of Ordinance No. 468 relating to the improvement of streets has been obtained; and WHEREAS, the owner of said subdivision No. 1 has complied with said Ordinance.by installing the required improvements, except as to certain paving for which a proper bond has been filed, NOW THEREFORE BE TT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VII,I~AGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY O~IIO, THATs _ _ _ _ _ _ _ .. _ Sec. 1. The final plan of proposed Aintree Park Subdivision No. 1 of the Alaintree Realty Corporation dated December, 1964, is hereby approved for record and the Clerk is hereby directed to sign his approval on same, The approval of this final plan relates only to Subdivision No. 1 and not to proposed Subdivisions Nos. 2 and 3 described in said Resolution No. 633. Neither does the approval of this final plan constitute an acceptance of the dedication of any streets shown in said subdivision No. 1. Sec. 2. This Resolution is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health, safety and welf are of the Village of Hayf field and its inhabitants in order that the owner of said property may sell the lots for building of required housing and this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after the date of its adoption.
