RESOLUTION No. 670 <br />By~ Mr. Sloan <br />A RESOLUTION RE(~UESTING THE COUNTY ,AUDITOR TO <br />ADVANCE Tk1E SUM OF x;10,000,00 TO• THE. VILLAGE <br />OT N1,AYFIELD OUT OF CURRENT T.AX.COLLECTIONS <br />WHEREAS, the balance in the General Fund of the Village of Mayfield has <br />declined to the point where it will be impossible to meet the Village payroll <br />and to pay its bills for the month of April, 1966; and. <br />WHEREAS, sufficient funds have been collected by the County of Cuyahoga <br />from the taxpayers of the Village of Mayf field to cover much more than is <br />required to meet the April payroll and pay the April expenses; and <br />WHEREAS, the Clerk and the Village of Mayf field estimates that the sum <br />of at least X10,000.00 is needed from current tax collections to pay current <br />expenses. <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA <br />COUNTY, OHIO, THAT: - <br />Sec. 1. The County Auditor of Cuyahoga County is hereby requested to <br />advance to the Village of Mayffield out of current tax collections the sum of <br />at least $10,000,00 to be used for general fund purposes. <br />Sec. 2. The Clerk is hereby authorized to file a certified copy of <br />this Resolution. with the County Auditor of Cuyahoga County. <br />Sec. 3.
