AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF INTERSTATE 271 AND WILSON MIIS,S ROAD.I_N_THE VILLAGE OF_MAYFILZD, OHIO... _ _ __ _ _ _ WEIEREAS, the Clerk-Treasurer of the Village of i~layfield, Ohio, has received a, Notice dated March 9, 1966, from the Director of the Department of Liquor Control of the State of Ohio of the filing ,of Application 163084 by Mt. Vernon Estates, Inc. for a D-5 Liquor Permit for use at the Northeast corner of Interstate. 271 and Wilson-.Mills Road in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio; and GTHEREAS, Council is not satisf ied as to the suitability of the location proposed, inasmuch as the applicant is not the owner or operator of a night club, hotel, restaurant, or other place of business within the contemplation of Sections 4303.01 (B) (12) through (14) 4303.13 through 4303.16, 4303.25 and 4304.27, and 4303.18 of the Revised Code of Ohio, and the proposed premises constitute a vacant parcel of land with no construction started nor appli- cation for permit made. The Council of the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, hereby objects to the issuance of a_D-5 liquor permit to Mt. Vernon Estates, Inc. at the Northeast corner of Interstate 271 and tdilson Mi11s Road, in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, on the basis of suitability of the location described in the Notice received from the Department of Liquor Control. Sec. 2. The Clerk is hereby directed to send to the Director of the Department of Liquor Control two certified copies of this Resolution, together with a written statement, to be signed by the Mayor, of Councils reasons for objecting to the issuance of said permit, a copy of which statement has been file d. with this Council and is hereby approved. Sec. 3. This Resolution is hereby deemed to be an emergency measure, necessary for the. immediate preservation of the public morals, peace, health, safety and welfare of the Village of Mayfield and its inhabitants, in that the public welt are and morals will be endangered unless the objections of this Council are transmitted to the Director of Liquor Control within 30 days after the date of receipt of the notice sent by him, and this resolution shall be in
