<br />AND. INSTALLATION , OF . A, SIDEWALK. , _ _ .. _ ..
<br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY,
<br />OHIO,THREE-FOURTHS. OF ALL MENIBERS,ELECTED THERETO CONCURRING, SHAT:
<br />Sec. 1. It is necessary to"improve~the~Westerly side of S,O.M® Center
<br />Road in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, from a point 424.7 feet North of the
<br />intersection of the center lines of S.O.M, Center Road and Wilson Mills Road
<br />to a point 1722.02 feet North of said intersection by the construction and
<br />installation of a sidewalk, as shown by~ttie plans hereinafter ref erred to
<br />prepared and filed with this Council by the Village Engineer.
<br />Sec. 2. It is hereby determined and declared that the said improvement
<br />is conducive to,.the public health, convenience and welf are of said Village and
<br />the inhabitants thereof.
<br />Sec. 3. The grade of said street and improvement shall be as shown
<br />by the plans and profiles which have been prepared by the Village Engineer and
<br />which are made apart hereof, _ .,
<br />Sec. 4. The plans, sphcifications,and prof files of the proposed improve-
<br />ment, heretofore prepared by the Village Engineer, and the estimate of cost
<br />prepared by the Village Engineer setting forth the Village's portion and the
<br />property ownersY portion of the cost, a11~of which are riow on file in the
<br />office of the Clerk-Treasurer of this Council, are hereby approved.
<br />Sec, 5. The whole cost of said improvement, less 2°1° and the cost of
<br />intersections, shall be assessed in proportion to the benefits which may
<br />result from the improvement upon the following described lots and lands, to-wit:
<br />,All lots and lands bounding and abutting on the Westerly side
<br />of the proposed improvement between the termini of oresaid,
<br />which said lots and lands are hereby determined to be specially benef ited by
<br />said improvement; and the cost of said improvement shall include the cost of
<br />preliminary and other surveys, plans, specifications, profiles and estimates,
<br />and of printing, serving and publishing notices, resolutions, and ordinances,
