OF A SIDEWALK: - ._ BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY, OHIO, TITREE-I'OUPLTHS. OF ALZ MI~IBERS. ELECTED THERETO CONCURRING,., THAT; _ Sec. 1. It is necessary to improve the Southerly side of G7lson Mills Road from~the Easterly line of S.O.M. Center Road to the Westerly line of Hanover Road by the construction and installation of a sidewalk, as shown.by the plans hereinaf ter ref erred to prepared and filed with this Council by the Village Engineer, Sec. 2. It is hereby determined and declared that the said improvement is conducive to~the public health, convenience and welfare of said Village and the inhabitants thereof, __ Sec. 3. The grade of said street and improvement shall be as shown by the plans and profiles which have been prepared by the Village Engineer and which are made a part hereof, __ Sec. 4. The plans, specifications, and profiles of the proposed improvement, heretofore prepared by the Village Engineer, and the estimate of cost prepared by the Village Engineer setting forth the Villagers portion and the property ownersr portion of the cost, all of which are now on file in the office of the Clerk-Treasurer of this Council, are hereby approved. Sec. 5. The whole cost of said improvement, less 2°I° and the cost of ' intersections, shall be assessed in proportion to the benefits which may result from the improvement upon the following described lots and lands, to-wit; All lots and lands bounding and abutting on both sides of Wilson Mills Road of the proposed improvement between the termini of oresaid, which said lots and lands are hereby determined to be specially benefited by said improvement; and the cost of said improvement shall include the cost of preliminary and other surveys, plans, specifications, profiles and estimates, and of printing, serving and publishing notices, resolutions, and ordinances, the amount of damages resulting from the improvement assessed in favor of any owner of land affected by the improvement and the interest thereon, the costs incurred in connection with the preparation, levy and collection of the special assessments, the cost of purchasing, appropriating, and otherwise
