RESOLUTION No. 675 By Mr. Shaw AN EMERGENCY RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE FISCAL OFFICER TO CERTIFY TO COUNCII~ HIS CONCLUSIONS AS TO_THE_ESTIMATED. .,.. LIFE.OF 'THE IMPROy~ENTS PROPOSED TO BE CO~VSTRUCTED.FRCM THE PROCEEDS_OF BONDS PROPOSED_TO BE EXECUTED AND ALSO TO CERTIFY THE riAxIMUI`3 _N1A.TURITY OF SUCH BONDS. IN ACCORDAi~ICE _ WITH.REVISED CODE SECTION.113.21 AND THE _MAXIMUM_MATURTTY OF.THE_NOTE_ISSUED IN ANTICIPATION OF. SUCH BONDS. . WHEREAS, this Council contemplates issuing $~3,~00.00 bonds for the improvement of Dander Road in the Village of Mayfield, Ohio, from Gilson Nlills Road in a Southerly direction to the Southerly corporate line of the Villages of Mayfield and Highland Ileights, Ohio, by grading, draining, curbing ,_ paving, and constructing. curb connections where necessary, together with all necessary appurtenances, and by constructing a sidewalk with all necessary appurtenances, all of which construction and improvements shall be in accordance with the general plans, specifications and prof files filed by the County Engineer and approved by the Village Engineer; and WHEREAS, Sections 133.24 and Sections 133.21 of the Revised Code of Ohio require the fiscal officer of the Village of Mayf field to certify to this Council his estimate of the life of the improvements proposed to be constructed from the proceeds of said bonds, and also to certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such bonds in accordance with Section 133.20, including the weighted average of the amounts proposed to be expended for several classes of improvements, and also the maximum maturity of notes issued in anticipation of such bonds. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE VILLAGE OF HAYFIELD, CUYAHOGA COUNTY , .,OHIO e _ _ _ .. . _ _ - - Sec. 1.. That^the fiscal officer be, and he is, 'hereby requested to certify to this Council his conclusions as to the estimated life of the improve- ments proposed to be constructed from the proceeds of said bonds and also to certify to this Council the maximum maturity of such bonds, calculated in accordance with the provisions of Section 133.20 and the maximum maturity of the notes issued in anticipation of such bonds. Sec. 2. That this resolution is hereby declared to be an emergency measure, necessary to complete the legislation for the issue of said_notes, and shall take effect immediately on its adoption as an emergency measure; and is necessary for the immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety.
